Stomping Grounds Origins: Hometown Blend Process: Central America/Wet Process Roast Level: Dark (Full City) Flavors: Specially roasted and blended with the locals in mind, this blend showcases the dark, cocoa and toffee notes. It is then balanced with moderate acidity to finish off that gives a satisfying, yet rich cup of coffee.
Guatemala (Single Origin) Producers: Three farms contributed to this coffee. The first farm (Finca Las Magnolias) is owned by Don Mario Aguilar located in Aldea El Naranjo, San Antonio La Paz. The second farm (Finca San Jose Moritas) is owned by Don Higinio Gomez in San Antonio La Paz. Third farm (Finca El Bambu) in Aldea Los Gracianos owned by Dona Vilma de Jesus Bances. Region: San Antonio/ Palencia which is east of Guatemala City near the well-known Antigua Region. This area is right by Cerro Tomastepec, one of the most productive regions in Central Guatemala. (See map) Altitude: 1600-1800m Process: Hand-picked, Fully-washed then sun-dried on red brick patios to 10.5-11.5 percent moisture content.Roast Level: Medium & Dark Varietal: Bourbon, Caturra, Pache-San Ramon Flavors: Smooth, Milk chocolate and with subtle notes of orange and cherry at medium roast. Dark roast has more chocolate and caramel coming out. Very Similar to Guatemala Antigua Suggested
